This easy to make recipe turns regular paneer into a Desi Chinese dish in less than 10 minutes. You can make this amazing recipe as a side dish for fried rice varieties. Here I have explained how to make this recipe in Tamil.  Ingredients: Paneer cubes - 250 gms All purpose flour - 2 tbsp Corn flour -2 tbsp Chilly powder - 1 tsp Pepper powder – 1 tsp Soya sauce – 3/4 tsp Salt to taste Water as needed Small Onions chopped - 3 Ginger- garlic paste  - 1 tbsp Bell pepper any colours chopped – 1No. Red chili -  4 Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp Salt to taste Cashewnuts broken 3 tbsp Oil - 1/2tbsp  INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and a little water to form a thick batter. 2. Put the paneer cubes in this batter and marinate well for 10 minutes. 3. In a pan heat oil and deep fry the paneer until it becomes crispy and golden brown and keep them aside. 4. In another pan add half tbsp ghee add the cashew nuts and keep it aside. 5. In the same pan add 2 tbsp oil add the onions and saute well till golden brown. 6. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw taste is gone. 7. Now add the bell pepper, salt, sugar and the red chilly and saute for 2 min. 8. Pour the sauces mix well and saute for 1 min. 9. Add the fried paneer and mix well.
